What is the return policy?
Our Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, you can return your item within 30 days from the delivery date for a refund.
Return Conditions
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please note the following:
All returned items must be in new & unused condition, with their original packaging and all tags attached.
You must request the return within 7 days of receiving your item.
Please include your proof of purchase (e.g., your order number or a copy of the receipt) with your return.
We do not accept returns for the following:
Items returned due to personal preference (e.g., fit, size, color, or style).
Any items marked as "Final Sale."
Packages marked as "delivered" but claimed as missing.
Items returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email our customer service at info@rohide.com. In your email, include your order number and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping & Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
For returns from the U.S., please use a trackable shipping method like USPS.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We will process your refund within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 3–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages marked as “delivered” that are missing or stolen.
Order Cancellations & Changes
You may request an order change or cancellation within 6 hours of your purchase (Monday - Friday).
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect or cancel it.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes, we have certain items that are marked as "Final Sale." These items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. You can always find this information in the product description, and it's also a key part of our [Return and Refund Policy](link to your policy page).
When will I get my order?
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing.
Orders ship within 12 - 48 hours after confirmation.
Estimated delivery times vary by region: 7 - 15 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
